A Vector is a quantity defined by a magnitude and direction, a Vector Field is a field where there is a vector assigned to each point in space.
Components include: U, V, W which are the (x, y, and z) components of the vector field.

We visualize vector fields using field lines which are called streamlines in fluids which are lines that are everywhere tangent to the vector field.
